With the beginning of 2018, ADesk thought to provide their user a more compact, comfortable and portable way of managing their account. So it introduced a very secure and UI-friendly Mobile App which could provide the user with every necessary thing they need to check from time to time.

Dashboard

While opening the application, the first screen the user will see is the dashboard. The dashboard has a brief listing of Dr. and Cr. Balance of Customer’s, Supplier’s, Bank’s and Cash’s Accounts. It also has the listing of Sales & Sales return, Purchase & Purchase return along with the latest month’s transaction graph which includes Invoices, purchases, and expenses.

Transaction

The transaction section firstly lists out all the transactions made using Sales and Purchase. Then it also allows the user to manually go on and add a new voucher according to his need be it Journal Voucher, Bank Voucher, Cash Voucher or Expense Voucher. The in-app facility to add and view new vouchers make ADesk different and unique from other Accounting Softwares.

Master

This is much similar to the website view as master section allows the user to view and add new master accounts from the app itself. You can go on and add any master account from the Account Master section and also individually add new Books like Cash & Bank Book. You also get the facility to filter out the master section which you want to see or not.

Reports

Reports generated are a very crucial document for a company to have an eye from time to time. ADesk allows you to check your every report in the form of Individual Ledger, Trial Balance, Trading & P&L and Balance Sheet in a very fresh and legible way.

Company & Utility

The Application also comes with 2 more sections of Company and Utility from which you can alter your company in 1 click and also get a backup of your transactions and reports from the Utility section.
